Reflection Prompt: Summarize your learning for this term. How will you use the knowledge you have constructed to improve your use of technology for learning in your class and for your own personal and professional development?
Throughout this term I have learned a lot about myself as a technology leader and have seen the capabilities of how I can impact a school. The most rewarding part about this program and this class is that the material that we covered is actually coming to fruition within my profession. I am able to take the knowledge that I am gaining from this class and other MA classes and apply it directly to my job as an educator. I have found new ways to reach my students, parents, and other colleagues through trial and error, research material provided by Dr. Ward's instruction, and collaboration with other MA classmates. I will use the information gathered in this class to not only provide the best 21st century learning environment to my classroom but also guide other educators, administration, and other business relations that I have to correctly implement and use technology within their current status quo.
